Shop Fabrication

We have recently added shop fabrication to our wide range of services.

These services include but are not limited to;

Laser Capabilities



- Can hold a cutting tolerance of +/- 0.005"
- Can cut mild steel @ 150+ inches per minute (12ga Estimate)
- Can cut up to 5/8" thick carbon steel, up to 1/2" thick stainless, and 3/8" Aluminum
- Very repetitive (First cut will be the same as the last cut)
- Very Smooth edge

Plasma Capabilities



- Can hold a cutting tolerance of +/- 0.015"
- Can cut mild steel up to 2" thick, Stainless Steel up to 2" thick, and Aluminum up to 1 1/2" thick.
- Cuts 1/2" thick mild steel @ 65 inches per minute

Press Brake
- It's a 250 ton Accupress with a 10 foot bed (Area the metal is bent)
- Can bend up to a full sheet of Carbon Steel up to 1/4" thick.
- With segmented tooling, it is capable of bending parts with multiple bends and setups in minutes.
Machine Shop
- We have standard Mills, Lathes, and Drill Presses. We also have a Flex-Arm tapping machine.
- Can use this area when holes or certain cut lengths have very small tolerances.
- (This is a very time consuming part of our shop.)

Weld Shop
- We have capabilities to Mig, Tig, and Stick weld Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.
- Our Welders have at least ten years experience each in metal fabrication.
