Crushed concrete can be used for a variety of purposes including but not limited to construction back-fill, road base, erosion control (riprap) and it even serves as an ascetically pleasing substitute for landscaping stone or mulch. The re-use of crushed concrete and stone is environmentally sound as it does not take up landfill space and reduces the fuel consumption and pollution associated with hauling waste material by truck.
